Winemaker’s Notes
Elevate your wine experience with the Austin Hope Paso Robles Chardonnay NV, a captivating expression of the Central Coast’s terroir. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to excellence, this non-vintage Chardonnay embodies the essence of Paso Robles’ sun-drenched vineyards and cool maritime influences.
In the glass, this Chardonnay presents a brilliant golden hue, hinting at the richness and depth within. Aromas of ripe tropical fruits, including pineapple, mango, and papaya, mingle with hints of crisp green apple and subtle notes of toasted oak.
On the palate, layers of flavor unfold, revealing a harmonious balance of fruit, acidity, and texture. Juicy pineapple and ripe pear dance alongside flavors of vanilla bean and caramel, while a touch of citrus zest adds brightness and freshness.
