Description
Made entirely from Brachetto d’Acqui DOCG grapes grown in Italy’s Piedmont region, this sparkling red pours with aromatics of crushed strawberries and a lift of rose petals. Fresh raspberry leads the palate, with crisp acidity framing an initial softness that moves toward a clean, dry close.
At 7% ABV, the sweetness stays balanced rather than heavy, held in check by that same brightness. It works on its own or alongside chocolate desserts, whether the setting is a dinner party or a drink before heading out. Available in a 750 ml bottle.
