Description
Aviation Cranberry & Blood Orange Flavored Gin takes the distillery’s classic American Gin in a fruit-forward direction, built by bartenders with mixing in mind. The aroma leads with cranberry and citrus, backed by lavender, coriander and juniper. On the palate, sweet-tart juicy cranberry meets bold red blood orange, with a touch of earthiness carried by the botanical blend.
The texture is soft and velvety, coating the palate through a medium-bodied finish. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml bottle, it works in a Gin Fizz, a Cosmo or a Mimosa, where the cocktails come together with little effort.
