Description
Barr Hill Gin is a botanical spirit bottled at 45% ABV in a 375 ml format, made with Vermont heritage at its core. Honey and botanicals are built into the composition, giving the gin a balanced character rather than a single dominant note.
The aroma and palate move through botanicals and honey, with juniper backed by floral and herbal tones. The honey lends a subtle sweetness and adds complexity to gin-based drinks.
The higher proof gives the spirit strong mixing capability, making it a fit for martinis and other gin cocktails.
