Made from Negroamaro grown near Puglia’s Adriatic shore, the wine is gently pressed before temperature-controlled clarification and cool fermentation in stainless steel. A short period resting on the lees builds continuity across the palate while maintaining the vintage’s fruit, floral lift, and freshness.
