Unshackled Sauvignon Blanc comes from The Prisoner Wine Company in California, bottled at 14.1% ABV in a 750 ml format. Citrus leads the profile, backed by grassy and herbaceous notes that sit squarely in the Sauvignon Blanc tradition, while the winery’s blending approach shapes the finished wine. Minerality runs through the palate, and the acidity keeps everything crisp from start to finish. It works alongside food or on its own at an unhurried pace.
