The Botanist Islay Dry Gin is built around 22 hand-foraged botanicals gathered on the Scottish island of Islay, set alongside the traditional botanicals of a classic dry gin. The result is a spirit with real herbal depth and a clear maritime and floral character.
Bottled at 46% ABV in a 1.75 L format, it opens juniper forward, with coastal herbs and honeyed florals filling out the middle. A subtle pepper spice runs underneath, and the finish is crisp.
