Description
The Botanist Islay Cask Rested Dry Gin is made on the Isle of Islay with hand-foraged botanicals, then rested in cask before bottling at 46% ABV. The 750 ml bottle pairs Scottish gin tradition with time in wood.
The cask resting adds oak influence and a subtle smoke character to the gin’s herbal core, giving a layered profile rather than a straightforward dry style.
Tasting notes:
- Juniper
- Heather
- Oak spice
- Subtle peat smoke
