The Beach by Whispering Angel is a rosé from Château d’Esclans, blending Grenache with Rolle (Vermentino) in a 750 ml bottle. Part of the fruit is fermented in stainless steel and part in barrel, and combining the two methods gives the wine both brightness and depth. The result sits in the fuller end of the rosé spectrum, with a smooth, creamy texture on the palate. Flavors stay balanced and subtle, carrying richness through a long finish that reflects the winemaking behind it.
