Sloe berries steeped in gin give this 750 ml bottling its tart fruit core, while juniper holds the botanical line underneath. Time in barrel layers wood spice over the berry, and the whole thing sits at 30% ABV. This is Batch 015 from Spirit Works Distillery, made in the same small-batch way each release is handled. The result pairs classic gin character with the darker, fruit-forward side of a sloe infusion.
