What starts as a classic botanical gin takes a turn in wood at Spirit Works Distillery. Time spent in selected barrels layers oak and spice over the juniper and citrus core, giving the spirit a character that sits somewhere between gin and aged spirit. Bottled at 45% ABV in a 750 ml format, the higher strength carries the botanicals and the barrel influence together, so neither side overwhelms the other. The result is a gin with weight and depth alongside its familiar aromatics.
