Bianco 2024 is a natural wine crafted by Jacopo Stigliano and his friend, in the partnership they call
Based in Valsamoggia in the Emilia-Romagna region in North , this skin-contact wine is made with a wide mix of grapes, roughly composed of 40% Pignoletto, 15% Albana, 10% Trebbiano Modenese, 10% Trebbiano Romagnolo , 20% Montuni and 5% Moscato.
It undergoes a light maceration, so is not a full bodied as Jacopo’s other orange wines can be. Vinification takes place in small Qvevri Amphora and cement tanks, and the wine sees no added sulphites.
Previous 2023 vintage: Expect notes of crushed fennel, apricot, pastry, citrus peel elements, mint, hints of black tea and a soft tannic structure. Really delicious!
