Sinestèsia Blanca 2025 is a natural wine crafted by , in the Catalonia region in . This crisp white wine is made with 100% Grenache Blanc, destemmed and macerated for 2 days on the skins. No added sulphites
Harvest from 50-year-old bush vines and 5-year-old young vines. Located at an altitude of 120m with clay-limestone soil and an east-facing orientation, with a total area of 1ha.
This is a young mild orange wine with a gastronmic touch with some tannic grip and vibrancy. Good value, and very different to the previous vintage which was a more of a refreshing white. Here the vibe is different and more cosy.
