Description
Pier View Gin is a botanical gin bottled at 43.5% ABV in a 750 ml format. It follows the classic London Dry style, with coastal influences reflected in its character profile.
The botanical bill is built on juniper, citrus peels and herbs, selected to create a balanced spirit. On the nose and palate, juniper leads into citrus and herbs, with floral notes and a slight spice before a crisp finish.
The higher ABV gives the gin presence in mixed drinks, and it suits a traditional gin and tonic or classic cocktail applications.
