Oxley Cold Distilled London Dry Gin took eight years and 38 recipes to finalize. Rather than conventional heat, it is made by cold distillation, a process that yields a vibrant, smooth gin.
Working at low temperature allows the use of fresh-frozen citrus peels and captures the true flavor of the 14 botanicals blended into the recipe. Bottled at 47% ABV in a 750 ml bottle.
The profile opens with warm grapefruit and lemon and orange zest citrus, backed by rich green pine. It is herbaceous and complex, with soft sweet spice from vanilla and cacao nibs.
