This wine blends the indigenous Georgian varieties Ojaleshi and Tsolikouri. The Tsolikouri grapes are directly pressed and fermented for five months in qvevri, while the Ojaleshi is fermented for four months in stainless steel. After fermentation, the two wines are blended and aged together for an additional four months in stainless steel, creating a balanced and refreshing final wine
