Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial Rosé arrived in 2016 as the first rosé champagne built specifically to be poured over ice. Bottled at 750 ml and 12% ABV, it’s made for relaxed drinking by the beach or poolside, served in large wine glasses rather than by old-fashioned convention. To pour it as intended, chill the glass, add the champagne first, then drop in three ice cubes.
In the glass it shows a bright, luminous pink shade lit with golden highlights, opening into a fruity, lively bouquet. The first sip carries fragrant red berries alongside juicy summer fruit nuances of fig and nectarine, finished with an appetizing touch of grenadine — a fitting pour for a budding summer romance or a glass raised with friends as the sun goes down.
