This orange wine which macerates from anywhere between 2-4 weeks depending on the vintage is made with , , and grapes, and is for us THE wine as one of the first vintages which we credit starting our obsession with natural wine.
Expect BIG tropical vibes with many exotic fruits like papaya, pineapple, lychee, mint and physalis, plus wonderful aromatics (with a few swirls to breathe) and with this 2024 a super-small tannic grip and tension yet still dangerous drinkability
