Description
Garnatxa Rosada is a natural wine crafted by , in the Catalonia region in . This 10% Rosé wine is made with 100% grapes. We have not yet tried this rose wine but hear it has notes of grapefruit, strawberries and subtle dried-herb notes. Fresh and vibrant, with bright acidity, a mineral edge and a clean, refreshing finish.
100% Grenache (known locally as Garnaxta Negre) from 5-year-old vines around Santes Creus, Alt Camp, planted at 317 metres altitude on lime-clay soils. The grapes are destemmed and macerated in stainless steel for 6 hours, then gently pressed before going back into stainless steel for freshness in aging.
