Description
Georges 2021 is a natural wine crafted by , in the Roussillon region in . This orange wine is made with 60% and 40% grapes, which are assembled and co-fermented with three weeks of maceration, then pressed manually in an old vertical wooden press.
We look forward to trying this orange, which we hear features sweet spices, nuts and poached apricot. It’s said that coriander and toasted notes come through on the finish, balanced by a fresh lift and very good length. Excited to pop one open here!
