Bright juniper leads on the palate, followed by the savory, herbal lift of za’atar and soft fig, all closing on a clean, balanced finish built on classic London Dry structure. At 40.5% ABV in a 750 ml bottle, it holds up on its own and works just as well as the base of classic cocktails.
