Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin is a Japanese dry gin bottled at 45.7% ABV in a 750 ml format. It is built around Japanese botanicals, including yuzu and hinoki wood, set alongside the classic ingredients of a London-style botanical bill.
The aroma leads with yuzu citrus and juniper, backed by the clean, resinous character of hinoki. The palate is balanced and aromatic, with floral grace and a light touch of spice running through the finish.
The result is a gin that joins Western distilling method with a distinctly Japanese sense of botanical selection and subtle complexity.
