Description
James Gin London Drizzle is a London Dry gin inspired by the smell of light rain on warm pavement. That petrichor aroma is the starting point, and the gin is built to hold the fresh, earthy character of a summer drizzle in liquid form.
Beetroot sits at the centre of the botanical build, carrying the same aromatic compound responsible for petrichor. Around it, the gin balances soft earthiness with bright, herbal lift and a subtle thread of spice. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 700 ml bottle, it is light, evocative and quietly complex.
Tasting notes: fresh rain and soft earth, gentle spice, and bright herbal citrus, finishing clean and lingering.
