James Gin California Dreaming is a West Coast gin built around regional botanicals and contemporary distillation methods. The botanical selection is chosen to carry California character through the spirit, with flavor development shaped around that regional focus.
The nose and palate lead with citrus and juniper, followed by floral notes and a subtle earthiness underneath. It is a gin aimed at drinkers who follow regional expressions and newer botanical approaches.
