Wild rose botanicals sit at the center of this Irish gin from Glendalough, bottled at 37.5% ABV in a 750 ml format. The petals lend a soft, perfumed quality that runs alongside juniper, with citrus and herbal touches filling out the profile. That floral character suits cocktails built to showcase aromatic gin, and it pairs readily with a good tonic. At this proof, the gin works equally well sipped on its own or stirred into mixed drinks.
