Description
Ginny’s Gin is a craft gin bottled at 45% ABV in a 750 ml bottle. It takes a contemporary approach to botanical expression, pairing classic juniper with a carefully selected set of herbs and botanicals.
The profile is juniper forward, with floral botanicals, subtle citrus and a thread of herbal spice. Balance and approachability guide the blend, which suits classic cocktails as well as contemporary gin serves.
The botanical selection reflects gin-making as both a tradition and a space for creative work.
