It’s the elephant in the room – an “artful” blend of mixed ferment beers, created with Michael Parekowhai and inspired by his playful sculptural pachyderms.
Naturally soured, aged in oak barrels, blended and then infused with cherry and rose water, Dinky Pinky is audacious, surprising, complex – challenging even – with more than a hint of shocking pink.
It’s a creation that’s bound to elicit a strong response – a bit like the art that inspired it.
