Empress Elderflower Rose Gin 1908 is a botanical-forward gin bottled at 42.5% ABV in a 750 ml bottle. It builds on a traditional gin foundation and layers in floral complexity, with elderflower and rose shaping the aromatics.
The gin’s indigo color comes from butterfly pea flower botanicals. On the nose and palate, elderflower and rose petals lead, supported by juniper and citrus, with a delicate overall character.
