Bottled at 43% ABV in a 750 ml format, Drumshanbo Gunpowder Brazilian Pineapple Irish Gin takes the distillery’s Irish gin framework in a tropical direction. Ripe pineapple sits alongside slow-infused gunpowder tea and juniper, with herbal botanicals threading through the fruit. The result is a gin with a clearly tropical profile that still reads as Irish gin at its core. Its bold fruit-and-tea character gives bartenders something different to build adventurous gin cocktails around.
