Description
Don Perignon Rose Vintage Luminous 2009 is a rosé wine bottled at 750 ml and 12.5% ABV, drawn from the 2009 vintage.
The aim of this rosé is to bring the red of Pinot Noir to life. Only the assemblage makes that possible, creating a tension between the red of Pinot Noir and the character of Dom Pérignon. Ten years of maturation on the lees in the cellars protects that red fruit and then reveals it on a high, clear note: playful, vibrant, complex, and mysterious.
On the palate it shows a balanced profile, with a smooth texture and subtle notes that reflect the craftsmanship behind it.
