Cape Mentelle Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2020 is the flagship wine of the estate, a 750 ml white blend at 13.5% ABV from Western Australia’s Margaret River region.
Made with minimal-intervention winemaking to preserve fruit intensity and regional character, it is fresh and lively yet full flavoured. The Sauvignon Blanc contributes tropical notes, while the Semillon adds a silky texture with lemon sherbet. The finish is fine, long and elegant.
The blend reflects the two forces that shape the terroir: ocean freshness through the Sauvignon Blanc, and the land through the texture of the Semillon.
