Boodles British Gin starts with a clean base spirit distilled from British wheat, which is then redistilled so the botanicals infuse slowly rather than all at once. The result is a classic London Dry that pours clear, with fresh citrus and juniper on the nose and a palate of balanced herbal and spice notes — rosemary, nutmeg and sage among them.
The gin’s mellow, herbal side keeps the piney juniper in check, and the finish lands warm and clean. At 45.2% ABV (90.4 proof), this 750 ml bottle has the backbone to hold its own in a 50/50 martini or a gimlet, making it a versatile cocktail staple. It was once available only to members of the Boodle’s Club.
