BIMINI Overproof Gin is bottled at 55% ABV in a 750 ml format, a high-proof expression built around botanical complexity and clear spirit presence. The nose and palate lead with juniper, moving through botanical herbs, citrus and spice. The raised strength carries those botanicals forward and gives the gin a substantial mouthfeel. A bold style for drinkers who want gin-forward character, whether taken neat or used in classic cocktails.
