BIMINI Barrel Reserve Br1 is a barrel-aged gin bottled at 50.5% ABV in a 750 ml format. Time in oak builds complexity beyond a standard gin, while the higher proof carries the botanical character forward. The aroma and palate bring together gin botanicals and clear oak influence, with juniper at the center and subtle wood spice running alongside. An elevated alcohol warmth rounds out the finish. A gin with backbone, shaped as much by the barrel as by the botanical bill.
