Bottled at 43% ABV, Bayab Orange and Marula African Grown gin is built around botanicals and fruit sourced from the African continent. Orange leads the flavor, joined by marula for a tropical, slightly resinous sweetness, with citrus brightness, floral botanicals and a touch of spice filling out the 750 ml bottle.
The result keeps the botanical framework of a well-made gin while shifting the flavor reference points away from the European template. African agriculture shapes the character here, giving the spirit a citrus-forward profile that reads differently from classic juniper-driven styles.
