Winemaker’s Notes
Avaline Sauvignon Blanc presents a visually appealing pale straw-yellow hue in the glass. The nose is enticingly aromatic, offering a burst of citrus, with vibrant notes of zesty lime, crisp grapefruit, and refreshing lemon. Alongside the citrus, there are herbaceous and grassy undertones, adding depth and complexity to the aroma profile. Hints of tropical fruits like passion fruit and guava dance in the background.
Upon sipping, this Sauvignon Blanc showcases its signature high acidity, creating a zesty and invigorating mouthfeel. The palate is dominated by flavors of green apple, tangy lime, and the zestiness of lemon peel. These bright fruit notes are complemented by a subtle mineral undertone that adds an elegant touch to the wine. Overall, Avaline Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshing and well-balanced wine that captures the essence of the varietal with its citrusy and herbaceous character.
