Our Pinot Gris is crafted from grapes grown in Alsatian vineyards at the foot of the Vosges mountains. It displays ripe pear and baked apple aromas. A full bodied wine with an elegant lingering finish, to be served with smoked salmon, Peking duck or wild mushroom risotto.
