Always vibrant and full-bodied, the 2022 vintage of the Amalia Chardonnay is like an orchard ripening in the glass. Pears, golden apples, and fresh stone fruits draw the nose to the glass. As one takes a sip, the fruit characteristics stay steadfast while hints of oak and graham cracker crust round out the palate. Perfectly balanced with a long finish, this wine will pair beautifully with seafood fare and heartier dishes alike. Fresh crab legs or even a wild mushroom risotto would showcase this wine’s elegance nicely.
