Description
Zumbador High Proof Blanco Tequila is a bold, additive-free expression crafted from estate-grown Blue Weber agave in the Highlands of Jalisco. Produced by a family with generations of agave-growing experience, this overproof tequila is bottled at 54% ABV (108 proof), preserving the vibrant character and intensity developed during traditional production methods.
Cooked in stone and brick ovens and utilizing both tahona and roller mill extraction, Zumbador High Proof delivers a remarkably expressive profile that balances concentrated agave flavors with minerality, citrus, and herbal complexity. Despite its elevated proof, the tequila maintains impressive balance and a creamy mouthfeel, making it equally appealing to high-proof enthusiasts and those seeking an authentic agave-forward experience.
