Description
Tepeztate agave, gathered wild in Oaxaca, takes years to mature, and Yuu Baal bottles it unaged at 48% ABV so nothing gets in the way of the plant itself. This 375 ml joven expression leans mineral and earthy, with tobacco leaf, a citrus lift, and smoke woven through the finish.
Made using traditional methods, the mezcal reflects both the varietal and the ground it grew in. The result is a direct, terroir-forward pour built around one of the more distinctive agaves used in mezcal production.
