Yuu Baal Joven Pechuga Mezcal is made in the traditional pechuga style, with chicken breast suspended in the still during distillation. The technique lends a subtle richness to the spirit, layered over the youthful, unaged character of a joven mezcal.
The aroma and palate center on smoky agave and earthy minerals, with subtle savory notes from the pechuga distillation and a finish of peppery spice. Smoke and savory-sweet depth stay in balance rather than competing.
