Description
Made from espadín agave using traditional mezcal methods, Yuu Baal Espadin Reposado spends a short period in oak before bottling at 40% ABV. That brief rest rounds off the sharper edges of the agave, leaving smoke and warmth in a steady balance across the 750 ml bottle.
The wood contact brings out quiet vanilla and oak alongside the agave core, with citrus lifting the mid-palate and a balanced finish closing things out. It’s an approachable way into mezcal that still carries real complexity.
