Description
Yeni Rakı Uzun Demleme is a refined Turkish anise spirit crafted using an extended distillation process that enhances depth, smoothness, and aromatic intensity. Made from high-quality grapes and flavored with carefully selected aniseed, this expression is rested longer (“uzun demleme” meaning extended resting) to achieve a richer, more balanced profile. The result is a rakı with exceptional clarity, elegant texture, and a more pronounced, lingering finish—perfect for those who appreciate tradition elevated through craftsmanship.
