Bottled at 45% ABV in a 750 ml format, Yeni Raki is Turkey’s classic anise spirit, built on distilling practices carried through the Eastern Mediterranean for centuries. Anise and licorice lead the palate, backed by herbal spice and a warming finish. Add water and the clear spirit turns milky white, the transformation that raki is known for. In Turkey and the surrounding region it remains a fixture of social drinking and a lasting part of local culture.
