Yellowstone Limited Edition is a special yearly release of Kentucky straight bourbon. It comes from Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky. Master distiller Stephen Beam has made a new version every year since 2015. Each release blends bourbons of different ages. Some are finished in wine casks (barrels that once held wine) for extra depth. That means every year tastes a little different. Expect caramel and vanilla up front. Honey, dried fruit and toasted oak follow. The finish is warm and lasting. It’s a bottle to sip slowly and share with friends.
