Description
Bottled at 47% ABV in a 750 ml format, Woody Creek Colorado Straight Bourbon comes from the Rocky Mountains, where the distillery works at a craft scale. The proof sits at a level that keeps the bourbon’s fuller side intact without pushing it too far.
Caramel sweetness leads, followed by vanilla and a touch of oak spice, with the whole profile holding together in a balanced way. It works poured neat as readily as it does mixed into cocktails, and reflects what bourbon production in Colorado looks like.
