Description
Aged three years and bottled at 90 proof, this Kentucky Straight Bourbon opens with sweet corn and charred oak, followed by baking spices and vanilla. Behind those, quieter notes of roasted pepper and nuts round out the aroma.
On the palate, honey, toasted ginger, vanilla, black cherries, black pepper and baking spices sit over a base of oak. The finish runs long and dry, with buttery caramel trailing into steady oak and spicy pepper. A limited edition commemorative release in a 750 ml bottle at 45% ABV.
