Description
Bottled at 90 proof in a 750 ml format, Woodson Whiskey Champions Circle is a limited-edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon aged three years. The pour opens with honey and vanilla, followed by toasted ginger, black cherries and black pepper, with baking spices and oak filling in behind them.
Sweet corn and charred oak carry through the palate alongside warm baking spice, while roasted pepper and a nutty edge keep the sweetness in check. The finish turns buttery and caramel-like, closing with a spicy peppery note.
