DISTILLER’S NOTES:
Woodson Whiskey’s Cinnamon Blitz by football legend Charles Woodson is when smooth whiskey meets a natural cinnamon kick for the perfect balance of heat and flavor.
Whether you’re raising a glass at the bar, pouring shots at your local tailgate party or golf course, Cinnamon Blitz brings the perfect blend of spice, energy and all-night.
Nose: Bold, earthy cinnamon with hints of cracked black pepper. Warm oak and subtle vanilla undertones. A touch of dried citrus peel and toasted clove.
Palate: Warm baking cinnamon balanced with natural woody spice. Layers of nutmeg, allspice, and a slight hint of smoked chili. Subtle vanilla and caramel from the whiskey base, without overwhelming sweetness. Dry, slightly tannic oak presence
Finish: Lingering warmth with a slow-building cinnamon tingle. Dry and spicy, with hints of charred oak and black tea. Fades into a pleasant, peppery heat with a touch of orange zest.
