Description
Spring Run Batch #2 from the Wolves Signature Blend brings together three components: an 11-year-old Stout whiskey, a 7-year-old Pilsner whiskey, and a 6-year-old Rye. Increasing the share of Pilsner whiskey in this batch fills out the mid-palate, where dark chocolate, coffee, and orange bitters come through before a long finish.
Bottled at 52% ABV in a 750 ml format, the release runs to 916 bottles. Oak, spice, and dried fruit shape the warm, layered character, and each bottle is sheathed in pale pink sheepskin unique to this batch.
